Yes. The free plan needs no card and commits you to nothing. With Elite Plan, the 30 days are a monthly subscription that renews automatically; you can stop the renewal at any time from your account, and your access stays until the end of the period you paid for. The 3 and 6-month packages are paid once and never renew by themselves.

In the AlmarFit app, through the App Store or Google Play, or here on the website: you create your account, then in My account → Subscription and payments you choose the Light Plan or Elite Plan and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through a secure Stripe payment. With Elite, Maria sends you your plan within 24 hours. Elite places are limited; when none are left, you can join the waiting list.

No. Elite Plan is a nutrition plan. Workouts are optional and are not part of it.

A personalised meal plan, which you receive within 24 hours of the payment being confirmed: your plan for the whole month, which Maria adjusts every week, as needed or on request. Once a week you have a check-in with Maria, in the format that suits you, for feedback and planning. In between you write to her in the app and she usually answers within 1–2 hours, between 9:00 and 19:00. You get the whole app (plan, journal, shopping list, progress) and the AlmarFit group.

The current prices are on the “Plans and prices” page. You can choose 30 days or 3 or 6 months; for the longer periods the price per month is lower. You pay online, from your account.

A ready-made meal plan you follow on your own: 6 days of meals and a flexible day, a new one every week, with the portions worked out from your data. It costs 150 lei for 30 days and includes the journal, the shopping list, the calculator and messages with Maria.

With Elite, Maria makes your plan from your data and preferences, with a plan for the whole month, adjusted every week as needed or on request, and you talk every week. With Light you get a plan made by the app, which you follow on your own; you can take out the foods you do not eat (“What don’t you eat?”), but it is not a plan for allergies or medical conditions.

Yes, at any time, if there are seats. Elite starts on the day you pay, and the Light days you still have are not kept.

Three days of simple, balanced meals, right in the app: the plan by meals with calories and protein, the journal where you tick what you ate, the shopping list and messages with Maria. No card needed. You start the plan whenever you want, with one button: start it before 11 am and it begins that same day.

The free plan ends and you pay nothing. Your free account stays yours, with the journal, the ideal plate, the barcode, the AI scans and messages with Maria. If you want to continue, you choose the Light Plan or Elite Plan in the app.

No. The meals are made to fit a busy day and the family table, with clear portions and no forbidden foods.

No. The AlmarFit app is downloaded from the App Store, on iPhone, and from Google Play, on Android; the links are on the “Download the app” page. You log in with the same e-mail and password, and everything you noted is still there. Your account stays on the website: the subscription, the payments and your details.

AlmarFit plans are educational and do not replace medical care. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or take medication, talk to your doctor first and tell Maria from the start, so the plan takes it into account.

You write to her in the app, in Messages. In Elite Plan and in the free 3 days she usually answers within 1–2 hours, between 9:00 and 19:00, and in the Light Plan and the Maintenance Plan within 2–3 days. From the free account you can write to her too; she answers when she has time. In Elite Plan you also have a weekly check-in, in the format that suits you.

You do not just get a plan and that is it. Your plan for the month is adjusted every week, depending on how it went, and once a week you talk with Maria about what worked and what did not. Results differ from person to person.
