This page explains briefly how and when you receive what you order on AlmarFit and how you cancel an order or a subscription. The full rules are in the Terms and conditions, and refunds are explained in the Refund policy.
What we deliver
AlmarFit sells digital services only: meal plans and access to the AlmarFit app. We send nothing by courier or post, so there are no shipping costs. You receive everything in your AlmarFit account, in the app for iPhone or Android, which you can use wherever you have internet.
When you receive each plan
- The free account: right after you sign up.
- The free 3-day plan: when you press “Start the 3 days” in your free account. If you start it in the morning (between 5:00 and 11:00), day 1 is that same day; otherwise, day 1 is the next day.
- Elite Plan: access in the app opens once the payment is confirmed, and the monthly plan Maria makes for you appears in the app within 24 hours of the payment being confirmed. With the 3 and 6-month packages you receive one monthly plan at the start of each month of the package.
- The Maintenance Plan: your maintenance plan appears in the app within 24 hours of the start of the period.
- The Light Plan: once the payment is confirmed, within 24 hours (usually at once), the menus of the current week and of the next one appear in the app; then, every Sunday at 21:00 (Romanian time), the menu of the week after that is made.
- Renewals: if you pay for a new period before the current one ends, the new days start after it.
The payment confirmation and the invoice are sent to your account’s e-mail address. When your plan is ready, you find it in the app and get a notification, if your notifications are on.
Places on Elite Plan
Maria works with a limited number of clients. When all places are taken, the payment for Elite Plan does not start: you can join the waiting list for free, and when a place opens up for you, you get an e-mail and a notification and have 24 hours to pay. You pay nothing until you have a place.
If your plan does not arrive on time
If your plan does not appear in the app within the time above, write to us at [email protected] or call +40 760 129 448. As long as you have not received the plan, you can cancel the order and we refund the full amount.
How to cancel an order
- An unfinished payment: if the payment is not confirmed or you leave the payment page, the order is not recorded and no money is taken.
- Before you receive the plan: cancel in My account → Subscription, with the button “Cancel within 14 days”, or write to us at [email protected]. We refund the full amount. For the Light Plan, the same applies until the first week’s menu appears.
- After you receive the plan: the service for that month has been provided, so the payment is no longer refunded. When paying, you expressly ticked that you want to receive the plan as soon as possible and that, once received, you no longer have the right of withdrawal (Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014). For renewals and for the 3 and 6-month packages, the rules are in the Refund policy.
- The automatic subscription: you can stop the renewal at any time, in My account → Subscription → “Stop the renewal”. No further payment is taken, and access stays until the end of the paid period. Stopping does not refund the period already paid.
- Payments through the App Store and Google Play: you stop the subscription in your phone’s settings (Settings → Subscriptions), and refunds follow the store’s rules, explained in the Refund policy.
When a refund is due, we return the money within 14 days of the cancellation, to the card or through the method you paid with, at no extra cost. We confirm the cancellation by e-mail.
